Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors and customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, as needed.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules for team members when required.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of visitor logs and office supplies inventory.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
The Successful Applicant / Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role within the retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.
