Responsibilities- Welcome and assist visitors and customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the reception area.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, as needed.
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for team members when required.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of visitor logs and office supplies inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role within the retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.
- Temporary role with flexible working hours.
