Role Overview

We're seeking a Technical System Admin with deep Airtable expertise and excellent communication skills to support the long-term success of our client systems.As the Technical Systems Admin, you'll be collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to identify, triage, and resolve system issues, as well as spotting and acting on opportunities to proactively improve client systems.You'll be involved across a broad mix of projects and client environments, helping to keep things running smoothly, efficiently, and with a high level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing technical support across live Airtable systems
  • Triage and investigate reported issues, gather context, and determine root causes
  • Coordinate with internal and client-side stakeholders to scope, prioritise, and implement fixes
  • Track recurring issues and suggest long-term improvements or optimisations
  • Perform QA testing to ensure system updates are stable and well-executed
  • Maintain documentation and communicate updates clearly and consistently
What You'll Bring
  • Extensive, hands-on Airtable experience, with proven ability to manage formulas, interfaces, views, automations, and base design.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across both internal teams and clients
  • Exceptional organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple threads
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Notion, and other modern low-code tools
  • Prior experience in a systems admin, support, or technical coordination role is a bonus
