Admin Experience Strategist

Join a collaborative team in shaping the way teams and organisations work with a leading design platform.

You will lead the design and evolution of scalable backend systems that support admin experiences across everything from large, complex enterprises to growing SMBs. This role is focused on:

  • Designing and implementing scalable backend solutions for admin experiences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand multi-team admin needs and identify opportunities for system improvements
  • Mentoring and supporting other engineers in developing their technical skills
  • Shaping admin user experiences by exploring product ideas and building solutions that meet the needs of large-scale organisations
About the Role

This role requires a senior engineer with deep backend expertise in JVM-based languages such as Java or Kotlin. You will be responsible for designing and leading backend strategies for large-scale distributed systems, optimised for availability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable backend systems for admin experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements
  • Mentor and support other engineers in developing their technical skills
  • Shape admin user experiences by exploring product ideas and building solutions that meet the needs of large-scale organisations
Requirements
  • Sr Engineer experience with deep backend expertise in JVM-based languages such as Java or Kotlin
  • Experience in designing and leading backend strategies for large-scale distributed systems
  • Ability to mentor and support other engineers in developing their technical skills
