Job Description

Due to internal movements, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team based in Banyo on a fixed-term parental leave contract for 15 months. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our business needs. This role will be based on-site, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times depending on the recruitment workload. Must have previous recruitment experience within the manufacturing, contact centre, white-collar, and trades space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About You:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • An ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
