Talent Acquisition Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support the delivery of high-quality client-centered care.

About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our hiring managers with the recruitment process, developing attraction strategies and job advertisements, and sourcing candidates using contemporary recruitment practices.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in coordinating recruitment and selection processes, preferably within a large organization. You will also need to be able to leverage employment branding, selection methodologies, and broad talent sourcing to attract top talent. Additionally, you will need to possess high-level interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring managers with the recruitment process
  • Develop attraction strategies and job advertisements
  • Sources candidates using contemporary recruitment practices
  • Leverage employment branding, selection methodologies, and broad talent sourcing
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
