Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Consultant to provide operational advice on recruitment for various roles.

About the Role

  • Act as an escalation point for recruitment issues, investigate delays or issues and resolve roadblocks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including recruitment teams and school leaders.
  • Review and interpret recruitment documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement attraction strategies to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating placements in teaching roles.
  • Manage talent pools to ensure effective recruitment processes.
  • Support the development of HR reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of recruitment processes and directives.
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to work across multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
