Health and Safety Advisor

I'm looking for a passionate and experienced HSE Advisor to join a standout project team delivering a landmark development situated on the Gold Coast. This is a rare chance to make a real impact with a Tier 1/2 commercial builder, with long-term career opportunities well beyond this project.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain project-specific HSE plans and procedures
- Mentor staff, subcontractors, and site teams on best safety practices
- Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
- Lead incident investigations and assist with internal and external audits
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance across the project
- 5+ years' experience in a similar HSE role within commercial construction
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (minimum)
- Strong understanding of safety regulations on EBA construction sites
- Flexibility to travel to Brisbane for future opportunities post-project or as required
