Role Overview:

This role reports to the Product Sales Director, Asia Pacific, and is responsible for managing Foam Agent and Foam Hardware demand creation and sales activities across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assess ongoing projects to forecast monthly order bookings and sales revenue, analyzing risks and opportunities to improve accuracy.
  • Participate in weekly sales calls, updating the sales team on forecasts and achievements.
  • Set pricing strategies and participate in special price review processes.
  • Support distributors and system integrators, acting as Account Manager to resolve supply chain and customer issues.
  • Identify potential new distributors and support marketing activities to promote Foam products.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers across APAC on projects and opportunities.
  • Interpret technical specifications and analyze market segments and competitor pricing.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce and contribute to strategic product development discussions.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in B2B or channel sales, with a proven track record
  • Strong presentation skills and willingness to travel throughout APAC
  • Knowledge of the oil, gas, and aviation industries
