Overview

The Program Leader – Training, Education & Quality Improvement position is responsible for the leadership and management of the CASA House training program and for supervision of the Education and Training Worker. The role also leads accreditation and quality improvement with the support of the CASA leadership team and CASA House Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Working with your team to manage and implement change or quality improvements, monitoring and evaluating activity and develop strategies to improve team outcomes.
  • Designing and delivering training and professional development to a diverse range of health and community sector professionals
  • Demonstrating and modelling expertise and knowledge in trauma informed care, intersectional feminism and the determinants, dynamics and impacts of sexual assault.
About You
  • A demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, diversity and the application of an intersectional feminist framework to understanding sexual violence.
  • Capacity to lead and support supervisees in training delivery, Quality Improvement and project work
  • Excellent networking and relationship skills.
