Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the site's manufacturing capability by providing leadership and direction to the production teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations meet or exceed quality certifications, regulatory and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will lead the Quality Assurance function and provide technical support for quality control, production troubleshooting, complaint investigations, process improvements and safety/sustainability. Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols
  • Strong team ethic with ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a changing manufacturing environment
  • Compliance with internal audits
  • Development and implementation of quality systems such as regular quality meetings, logging process changes, SOPs, quality improvement and monitoring consumer complaints

The individual will have demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining successful quality frameworks and proven experience in delivering business outcomes. A 'can-do' attitude and solution-driven approach are essential for success in this role.
