Job Description

The primary role of this position is to drive quality improvement across the clinical and non-clinical services of a tertiary hospital dedicated to women's health and wellbeing.

  • Work collaboratively with clinical leaders and other stakeholders to identify, design, implement, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
  • Convene working groups and workshops to engage staff and consumers in quality improvement activities.
  • Facilitate education, training, coaching, and professional support for each quality improvement initiative.
  • Build capability amongst clinical staff by supporting them to participate and engage in quality improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a health professional, preferably in the public health sector, and a proven track record in implementing quality improvement initiatives and managing change projects.
