Senior Training and Quality Improvement Specialist

The Program Lead – Training and Quality Enhancement position involves overseeing the CASA House training program and managing the Education and Training Officer. This role also spearheads accreditation and quality improvement initiatives, with support from the CASA leadership team and CASA House Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate to develop and implement change or quality enhancements, monitoring progress and developing strategies to improve team outcomes.
- Design and deliver training and professional development programs for diverse health and community sector professionals.
- Demonstrate expertise and knowledge in trauma-informed care, intersectional feminism, and the determinants, dynamics, and impacts of sexual assault.
- A demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and an intersectional feminist approach to understanding sexual violence.
- Capacity to lead and support supervisees in training delivery, quality enhancement, and project work.
- Excellent networking and relationship skills.
