About the Role: Quality and Improvement Advisor

The position of Quality and Improvement Advisor plays a crucial role in driving continuous improvement to ensure high-quality service delivery.

This includes ensuring exceptional service quality, conducting audits, analyzing findings, collaborating with teams for data-informed decision-making, coordinating policy reviews, managing audit documentation, and contributing to quality systems and compliance frameworks.

Focused on driving strong continuous improvement, key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring exceptional service quality aligned with client goals.
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyzing findings to drive continuous improvement and service quality.
  • Collaborating with teams to support data-informed decision-making and initiatives.
  • Coordinating policy reviews and contributing to quality systems and tools.
  • Managing audit documentation and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated sector experience, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of relevant standards, practices, and compliance frameworks.

Key requirements include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to support or deliver targeted training and coaching in response to identified service gaps.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Competency in digital tools for reporting, auditing, and education delivery.
