Production Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trade Repair Production Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing administrative support to the production team, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing work orders, reconciling receipts, and assisting with financial planning to optimize productivity.
- Coordinating product schedules to meet quality and deadline requirements.
- Liaising with customers and the Product Management Team to discuss schedules, budgets, and service delivery.
- Contributing to customer requirements assessment and strategy development to drive business growth.
- Supporting tradespersons with work order management and data entry in systems like MILIS.
- Collaborating with management to prepare work schedules based on guidelines and ADF priorities.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook (SAP experience an advantage).
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
