We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Technician to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble products based on a daily schedule
- Conduct quality checks on products and materials to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Assist with the setup and calibration of machinery and equipment for new production runs.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily production goals
- Package products & assist with inwards/outwards goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Production Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control measures.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with wide format digital printing and LED signage is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.

**Probationary Period**: Please note that this position includes a 6-month probationary period, during which performance will be evaluated to ensure mutual fit and success in the role.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

- Full driver's license and own car (required)
