Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support and coordination services.

The Role
  • Provide customer support by coordinating sales, planning & operations activities for reman components supply & shutdowns.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Analyse and interpret production outputs and bottlenecks to receive orders, while working closely with internal regional support teams.

This is a fast-paced role with plenty of variety, perfect for someone with scheduling or maintenance planning experience who enjoys working with people and driving business results.

Requirements
  • Strong mechanical aptitude would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships.
  • A self-starter with a highly motivated and driven approach to balance the needs of the organisation and the customer.
