Join our Sydney team as a full-time Dispatch Coordinator. This role involves processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scan and dispatch freight
  • Stack and wrap pallets and perform warehouse duties as required
  • Create air and road consignment notes (using both computer and manual systems)
  • Lodge and collect freight at air and sea terminals
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles and complete deliveries occasionally
  • Collaborate with management to modify daily routes based on customer needs
  • Prepare daily work schedules and notify drivers of road hazards
  • Monitor driver logs for errors, violations, working hours, and equipment availability
  • Process export and import shipments
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of warehousing experience
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Current forklift license or willingness to obtain one
  • Certificate I-II in Warehousing & Distribution and/or experience in 3PL warehouse and freight forwarding (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Experience with dispatch software is desirable

All successful applicants will require a National Police Check, but a criminal record does not automatically disqualify candidates unless legally required for the role.
