Role Description :

The Leadership Development Partner is an exciting opportunity in our Perth CBD office.

Synergy's Organisational Development and Learning (OD&L) team is supporting a workforce that is building readiness for the future and empowering leadership through ongoing growth, striving for continuous improvement. The team is responsible for building and growing capability across all levels of the organisation to ensure a ready and future fit workforce, evolve culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure the long terms success of leaders and the organisation.

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the development programs for our leaders and aspiring leaders, developing a pipeline of talent ready to lead our workforce of the future. The incumbent is a leadership coach and facilitator, with a high degree of independence and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of leadership development programs. This includes programs for :

o Aspiring leaders

o Aspiring senior leaders

Coach aspiring and existing people leaders, in line with expectations of the international coaching federation (ICF).Work closely with our partner registered training organisation (RTO) and internal subject matter experts to ensure programs meet national standards as well as being contextualised to Synergy's needs.Design, develop and facilitate learning programs designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders and empower aspiring leaders.Build scalable leadership learning products and experiences that drive mindset and capability shifts aimed at facilitating the achievement of Synergy's strategic goals and leadership competencies.

What you will bring :

Coaching certification recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).Demonstrated excellence in facilitation, with a genuine passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.At least ten years' experience in a corporate working environment as a trusted advisor to leaders.Demonstrated experience in leadership development roles, including projects requiring change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, influential communications, co-design and facilitation activities.Preferred post graduate degree in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Leadership and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
