DPIRD is looking for a dynamic
Strategic IT Business Partner
to be the vital link between our Information Services team and our business leaders. If you're passionate about shaping technology solutions that drive real business outcomes and enhancing customer service experiences, this role is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner strategically with senior business leaders to develop and deliver ICT strategies aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery to exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships across diverse stakeholders, influencing and negotiating to achieve impactful outcomes.
  • Translate complex operational and strategic challenges into practical, value-adding ICT solutions.
  • Lead and empower teams, delivering clear, actionable advice to senior decision-makers.
  • Manage change and evolving priorities with agility, ensuring our service portfolio remains responsive to customer needs.
