Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service professional in our Culburra Beach, Callala Bay or Berry, NSW offices. The Customer Service – Holiday Rentals role involves daily interaction with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and support. Duties include handling phone enquiries, managing customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. This is a Full-time position on a 7-day roster, Monday to Sunday, 10am - 6pm.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Strong Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Culburra Beach, NSW
  • Previous experience in the holiday or permanent rentals industry is a plus
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
Remuneration

$60K per annum + Superannuation
