We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our customer service team. As a Car Rental Returns Agent, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service throughout the rental process.

Job Description

You will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the center of everything we do. Your responsibilities include assisting customers in our car parks at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.

Your duties will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the rental process.
  • Assisting customers with vehicle returns and ensuring that all vehicles are received and returned in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining excellence in customer service and damage standards; achieving all KPIs in these areas.
  • Completing all administration accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Processing workshop vehicles following operating procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A full, valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during days, evenings, and weekends, with various shift options.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
