Holiday Home Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling phone enquiries, managing customer experiences, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThis is a 7-day rostered position, working Monday to Sunday, 10am - 6pm. You will be based at one of our offices in Culburra Beach, Callala Bay or Berry, NSW. We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Handle phone enquiries from clients regarding holiday home rentals
- Manage customer experiences to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Resolve any issues that may arise and provide excellent service
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Strong Phone Etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work on-site in Culburra Beach, NSW
- Previous experience in the holiday or permanent rentals industry an advantage
We offer a competitive salary package including $60K per annum plus superannuation.
