What We're Looking For

If you are highly organized, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

Key Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Portfolio Manager in a Real Estate agency.
  • Team Spirit: Positive, motivated, and enjoys working closely with others.
  • Communication: Strong and open communication skills.
  • Presentation: Immaculate presentation at all times.
  • Transportation: Reliable car and a current Victorian driver\'s license.
  • Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of the Property Me system is preferred.
  • Qualifications: Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bayside and surrounding suburbs.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for Real Estate.
