An Exciting Opportunity Awaits – Full-Time Property Manager Needed Due to Continued Growth and New Acquisitions

Join a multi-award-winning rental department and take the next step in your real estate career

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven individual to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Business development skills
• Solid understanding of the Victorian Residential and Commercial Tenancy Acts
• VCAT experience
• Strong self-motivation
• A positive, service-focused attitude
• A friendly, team-oriented nature
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a well-maintained and stable portfolio
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting open for inspections, entry & exit reports and routine inspections
• Marketing rental properties
• Managing rental arrears
• Preparing and attending tribunal applications and hearings
• Handling insurance claims
• Reviewing rental applications
• Managing property repairs and maintenance
• Preparing lease documentation
• Performing general rental administration tasks

Requirements

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
• Current Police Check
• Strong computer skills (MS Office essential)
• Experience with Property Me and IRE systems (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional presentation
• Previous experience preferred, but we welcome motivated applicants eager to learn
