We are seeking a clinician to provide clinical excellence in the delivery of critical incident support through onsite, virtual, or telehealth support to organizations impacted by critical incidents or significant change. The ideal candidate will be skilled in psychological first aid, trauma-informed brief interventions, psycho-education sessions, and individual interventions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to individuals and organizations, with diverse daily experiences.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to work across various sites and modalities, with a primary focus on onsite work.
What We Are Looking For :- Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
- Professional registration with the relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW).
- Minimum of three (3) years postgraduate experience.
- Ability to manage client risk within a trauma-informed framework.
- A driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with empathy and proactive engagement with stakeholders.
- Confidence with computer systems is an asset.
- Hybrid working conditions, allowing work from the office or home when not onsite.
