Clinical Team Leader - Critical Incident

As a Clinical Team Leader in our Critical Incident Response, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and guidance to consultants nationally, while also overseeing the clinical service delivery.


About The Role

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaborating with the wider clinical leadership team to drive organisational and personal objectives
  • Leading a team of clinicians dedicated to Critical Incident response
  • Managing administrative tasks associated with programme delivery and clinician support
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to staff members
  • Monitoring and engaging with consultants to ensure quality standards are met
  • Supporting with escalations and complaints management

Requirements

Applicants must possess a relevant professional qualification, such as Psychology, Social Work or Counselling, and have at least three years of experience in a supervisory capacity. Additionally, five years of experience in workplace wellbeing is essential. Key competencies required for this role include people management, problem-solving, counselling, supervision and coaching, and stakeholder relationship building.
