We are seeking a clinician to provide clinical excellence in delivering critical incident support through onsite, virtual, or telehealth modalities to organizations impacted by critical incidents or significant change.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions, including psycho-education sessions and individual interventions.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to individuals and organizations, with diverse daily responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various sites and modalities, with a primary focus on onsite support.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
Professional registration with relevant health bodies (AHPRA, AASW).
Minimum of three (3) years postgraduate experience.
Ability to manage client risk within a trauma-informed framework.
A proactive, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent customer service skills, with empathy and proactive engagement with stakeholders.
Confidence with computer systems is an asset.
