Senior Critical Incidents Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a clinician to provide exceptional critical incident support through onsite, virtual or tele-support to organisations impacted by critical incidents or significant change. This dynamic role involves delivering psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions, including psycho-education sessions and individual interventions.

The successful candidate will collaborate across various work sites and modalities with a focus on onsite work, making a real difference to individuals and organisations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert clinical support through onsite, virtual or tele-support to organisations affected by critical incidents or significant change.
  • Pursue excellence in psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions, including psycho-education sessions and individual interventions.
