The Opportunity

This is more than an Account Manager role; it's a chance to become the strategic face of client relationships. You'll own a portfolio of high-value accounts, guide their IT strategy, and directly impact client retention and growth. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, wants a seat at the table, and isn't afraid to challenge client thinking to drive better outcomes.

What You'll Own
  • Act as a consultative advisor - reframing client IT strategy, not just maintaining relationships.
  • Build long-term roadmaps aligned with business goals, not just technical fixes.
  • Identify whitespace and proactively create upsell opportunities.
  • Lead quarterly business and technical reviews that deliver tangible business value.
  • Own and exceed revenue targets — with commissions to match.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years in account management, IT sales, or MSP client success.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and how they map to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and commercial acumen - you influence, not just report.
  • Ability to use KPIs and client data to create urgency and value-based conversations.
  • Self-starter with a challenger mindset - not afraid to push thinking or question the status quo.
  • Based in Sydney with full Australian working rights and a driver's license.
