Overview

Role: Dynamics Marketing Functional Consultant

Location: Talent Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia

Contract to June 2026 + 6 months. Open to Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, or Adelaide. Must hold minimum Baseline clearance.

The Role

Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics professional looking to make a significant impact? This is an exciting opportunity to lead the optimisation and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing capabilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance marketing processes and drive organisational success.

Your duties
  • Leading the configuration, optimisation, and implementation of Real-time journeys and Event planning modules.
  • Advising on security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop customer journey processes, campaigns, and content personalisation.
  • Providing guidance on implementing brand and compliance profiles, consent management, and preference centres.
  • Optimising event management processes, including the development of event registration forms and templates.
  • Offering technical support and upskilling internal teams to maintain and enhance Dynamics 365 Marketing capabilities.
Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Data products.
  • Expertise in implementing and optimising Real-time journeys and Event planning modules.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tactics and technical solutions to support them.
  • Knowledge of Australian privacy laws, data protection regulations, and government IT systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
