Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 (D365) CE. Delivering high-quality technical solutions and services to clients across multiple projects and accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality D365 CE implementations and related services across client projects
  • Engage with customers directly, leading workshops and shaping technical designs
  • Gather technical requirements, solution design, and produce quality technical designs within Dynamics 365 and integrated business platforms
  • Apply strong knowledge of data migration methods and integration concepts
  • Work in a self-driven agile environment and manage time effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in both public and private sector engagements
About You

You are a seasoned Technical Consultant with extensive recent experience in D365 CE and familiarity with on-premise versions; you communicate effectively with customers and demonstrate a consultant-focused mindset rather than a pure developer. You will be comfortable engaging with clients and delivering complex, enterprise-level outcomes for medium to large-scale organizations. You project confidence in your technical abilities and maintain a professional, commercially savvy demeanor in customer interactions. Please note, due to the nature of our client account, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve at least Australian Baseline clearance to be successful in your application for this role.

What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience with D365 CE and prior Dynamics CRM versions
  • Solid knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing; Field Service and Power Apps Portal experience are highly desirable
  • Strong development experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS and Azure; Kingsway Soft, Scribe are highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of data migration methods
  • Advanced understanding of integration concepts
  • Experience with typical delivery methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to contribute in customer workshops; capable of building rapport with business and technical customers
