About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant in our Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms team. You'll lead in the design, delivery, and support of platform implementations in collaboration with the customer, along with leading and managing a team of functional consultants.
What You'll Bring- Experience leading a team and implementing CRM systems, with an understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platforms is essential.
- Supportive skills in presales and project shaping.
- Hands-on support for consulting activities.
- Excellent knowledge of D365 CE platforms across modules.
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
- Understanding of multiple industries and common business issues.
- Experience with Agile Delivery methodologies.
- Optional: Knowledge in D365 FinOps or BC applications.
- 7+ years of D365 Platform experience.
- 7+ years of consultancy/delivery experience.
- 4+ years of project ownership/team leadership.
- Strong presentation, communication, and business analysis skills.
- Expertise in Power Apps configuration, CI/CD & DevOps, and data manipulation.
Senior level, full-time position in the IT industry, with a focus on Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions.
