D365 & Power Platform - Senior Functional Consultant

Base pay range: NZ$110,000.00/yr - NZ$185,000.00/yr
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant in our Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms team. You'll lead in the design, delivery, and support of platform implementations in collaboration with the customer, along with leading and managing a team of functional consultants.
Responsibilities- Lead in the design, delivery, and support of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform implementations in collaboration with the customer.
- Lead and manage a team of functional consultants.
- Experience leading a team and implementing CRM systems; understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platform is essential.
- Presales experience and capability to shape projects; hands-on consulting willingness.
- Excellent knowledge of the D365 CE platforms across all modules.
- Excellent knowledge of extended Power Platform Tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of multiple industries or segments.
- Excellent understanding of common business issues.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Agile Delivery.
- Some knowledge in D365 FinOps or BC applications.
- 7 years of D365 Platform Experience.
- 7 years of Consultancy / Delivery Experience.
- 4 years of project delivery ownership / team leadership.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent Power Apps configuration skills.
- Excellent skills in Business Analysis and documentation in an agile framework.
- Excellent CI/CD & DevOps skills.
- Good data manipulation skills.
- Mid-Senior level
