Overview
This position is responsible for efficient and effective provision of administrative services in accordance with the requirements of the allocated role on a casual on-call basis. This includes both inpatient, emergency and outpatient based departments and services.

Ideal Candidate- Demonstrated high level written and verbal skills with the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels with a customer service focus.
- Proven attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and administrative processes.
- Ability to work a minimum of 2-3 business days per week.
- Support areas that have weekday shifts ranging from 7am to 8:30am starts.
- There is also the option to support in the Emergency Department requiring the ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Provide administrative services to inpatient, emergency and outpatient departments in line with role requirements.
- Operate and support a variety of computer systems and administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to a patient-focused environment by delivering courteous service and timely information.
