As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of strategy for Cm3 to accelerate growth across new markets, channels, and customer segments. In this role, you will test and refine innovative commercial models to foster customer value and profitability through modelling and analysis.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based in Melbourne.

Some Of The Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and refine commercial models with the goal to improve customer lifetime value
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across relevant functions to execute strategic functions
  • Deliver robust commercial financial modelling to support market expansion strategies
  • Evaluate and revise business case to reduce risk and optimise return on investment
  • Guide pricing strategy, cost-to-serve, and customer acquisition models
  • Act as an SME in value selling and commercial logic and coach and mentor as required
  • Provide advice and reporting to the executive team on relevant metrics
  • Monitor and revise forecasting based on performance and market maintaining agility

Some Of The Skills
  • 5+ years' experience in a commercially strategic role (SaaS or B2B preferred)
  • Experience in influencing and leading cross-functional teams
  • High level expertise in design and implementation of models and strategies
  • Demonstratable experience in launching/scaling go-to-market initiatives
  • Advanced modelling skills using Excel or other analytical tools
  • An understanding of Saas economics and customer value frameworks
  • Exposure to negotiation and analysis of partnerships and commercial deals
