Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy for Cabin Crew operations, overseeing supplier relationships, managing contracts, and driving cost efficiency initiatives.


About the Position

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change, negotiate and draft contracts with global suppliers, manage financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve service quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and draft commercial agreements with global suppliers
  • Manage financial performance, analysis, budgeting, and reporting
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic project outcomes


What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
  • A solid finance background with expertise in financial analysis and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage complex projects, including risk and change management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to support analysis and reporting
