The Tops Conference Centre is set on 200 acres of prime bushland in Stanwell Tops and is a great location for school and community groups, team building retreats and conferences with fun outdoor and indoor experiences, activities and challenges.
Our Guest Relations team are the first point of contact when people arrive on site. We bridge the gap between what our customers want to get out of their stay and their actual experience.
- Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position working 1 weekend a fortnight.

- Be the friendly first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and professional
- Support daily site operations, including reception, bookings, and group logistics detailing arrivals, schedules, allocations of guests and departures
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver smooth, coordinated experiences
- Handle guest enquiries and concerns with confidence and care
- Assist with setting up and maintaining site facilities, including audio-visual equipment
- Keep things running behind the scenes – from stock rotation to equipment upkeep
- A natural flair for customer service and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Clear, confident communication skills – both written and verbal
- The ability to stay calm, organised and detail-focused when things get busy
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a friendly and approachable style
- A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one), and a C class driver's licence with access to your own transport
