About the Role:

We're searching for a commercially astute Procurement Administrator who thrives on detail, data, and collaboration. This is a hybrid role that blends procurement administration, tactical buying, and analytical support - ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute across multiple dimensions of procurement.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain and update the Contract Management System to ensure accurate, accessible records.

  • Support Strategic Sourcing Managers with RFP documentation, supplier proposal analysis and development of commercial recommendations.

  • Deliver compliance reporting aligned with Essity's Global Supplier Standards.

  • Manage and update Purchasing Information Records to support smooth procurement operations.

  • Oversee the Supplier Approval Procedure and maintain accurate workflow documentation.

  • Generate and analyse Power BI and Sievo spend reports to provide actionable insights.

  • Maintain and improve the Procurement Intranet Page for usability and relevance.

  • Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately to support business continuity.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 2+ years' experience in a procurement administrator, category assistant or buyer role that wants to enhance their procurement expertise.

  • A true team player, you collaborate well and build strong relationships across functions.

  • Known for your integrity and accountability, you uphold the highest ethical standards.

  • You're analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

  • Commercially savvy, with a solid understanding of procurement processes.

  • Tech confident: proficient in SAP, Power BI, and advanced MS Excel, plus PowerPoint and Word.

  • Comfortable navigating MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams; experience with MS Power Automate and MS Copilot a bonus.

  • You must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
