Procurement Specialist

We're seeking an experienced procurement specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in procurement administration, tactical buying, and analytical support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the contract management system, supporting strategic sourcing managers with RFP documentation and supplier proposal analysis, and delivering compliance reporting aligned with our global supplier standards.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role and be proficient in SAP, Power BI, and advanced MS Excel.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and update the Contract Management System to ensure accurate, accessible records.
  • Support Strategic Sourcing Managers with RFP documentation, supplier proposal analysis and development of commercial recommendations.
  • Deliver compliance reporting aligned with our Global Supplier Standards.
  • Manage and update Purchasing Information Records to support smooth procurement operations.
  • Oversight of the Supplier Approval Procedure and maintenance of accurate workflow documentation.
  • Generation and analysis of Power BI and Sievo spend reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintenance and improvement of the Procurement Intranet Page for usability and relevance.
  • Processing of purchase orders efficiently and accurately to support business continuity.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record in procurement administration, category assistance or buying.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong integrity and accountability, upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Commercially savvy, with a solid understanding of procurement processes.
  • Tech confident: proficient in SAP, Power BI, and advanced MS Excel, plus PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to navigate MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams; experience with MS Power Automate and MS Copilot a bonus.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
