We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Procurement Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your procurement expertise and make a significant impact on our organization.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Maintain and update Contract Management Systems for accurate records and seamless operations.
  • Support Strategic Sourcing Managers with RFP documentation, supplier analysis, and commercial recommendations.
  • Deliver compliance reporting aligned with Global Supplier Standards.
  • Manage Purchasing Information Records to support efficient procurement operations.
  • Oversee the Supplier Approval Procedure and maintain accurate workflow documentation.
  • Analyse Power BI and Sievo spend reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Improve the Procurement Intranet Page for usability and relevance.
  • Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
\Requirements:\
  • 2+ years' experience in procurement administration, category assistance, or buyer roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think commercially.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
