About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Co-ordinator to manage our glazing projects efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Job Scheduling – Managing and allocating jobs via ServiceM8, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Client Engagement – Liaising with clients to confirm job details and scheduling.
  • Parts & Equipment Management – Ordering required materials, coordinating labour, and scheduling auxiliary equipment.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring all jobs adhere to statutory requirements, client regulations, and site safety protocols.
  • Team Coordination – Working closely with the Operations Manager, Estimator, Administration Support, and Glaziers to ensure seamless operations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional Time Management & Communication Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills – Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • ServiceM8 Experience – Familiarity with this job management software is preferable.
  • Glazing Industry Knowledge – Prior experience in the glazing or glass industry (either as a glazier or in a similar scheduling role).
  • Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
