Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Co-ordinate with retail team upcoming orders to be packed ready for dispatch. Carry out preparation of flooring orders for customers with care and efficiency.
  • Complete day to day point of sale transactions with trade customers.
  • Receive and dispatch stock, general forklift warehousing duties.
  • Build and maintain strong trade customer relationships.
  • Adapt to dealing with both retail and trade transactions.
  • Note: Some Saturday work (8am to 12 noon) is involved.

Qualifications:

  • Current valid Forklift license
  • Experience in general warehouse duties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sound knowledge working with computing systems for invoicing and receiving in goods.
