Company Overview
RWW Group is a leading national supplier of uniforms and safety products, with operations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Leeton (Regional NSW). We are a family-owned business that prides itself on strong values, a dynamic and ambitious culture, and a commitment to delivering quality without compromise.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Co-Ordinator to join our Welshpool team.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing daily production operations, overseeing the embroidery and heat press area, and ensuring the smooth flow of orders through the department.
You will operate the embroidery and heat press machines, while also managing production priorities, maintaining quality control, and supporting the wider warehouse and production functions as needed.
The role will be supported initially by our current experienced current staff, who will transition into casual position to be available as back up help in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage embroidery machines and heat press machines for garment decoration.
- Oversee day-to-day production scheduling to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Maintain strict quality control across all production output.
- Train, guide, and support team members to ensure a collaborative and productive workplace.
- Manage workflow to ensure efficiency and minimise downtime.
- Perform machine maintenance and ensure all equipment is kept in optimal working order.
- Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are completed and shipped accurately.
- Assist with hands-on production tasks, including order preparation, folding, and finishing, where required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure the standards of RWW is upheld.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience operating embroidery and/or heat press machines would be an advantage, but is not essential.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would also be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and the ability to lead by example.
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods and handling materials as needed.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to lead production in a national company with strong growth ambitions.
- Full training and support from our existing team during the transition period.
- A hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same.
- Work within a supportive, family-owned business that values its people.
We look forward to welcoming the right candidate to the RWW Group family and building a successful future together.
