About the RoleReporting to the State Manager - QLD, the Customer Service Officer - D2D/Credits role supports sales and ensures customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the sales team to oversee order management, share product information, monitor deliveries and backorders, keep the CRM up to date, coordinate with key stakeholders, and support Business Development Managers in creating marketing materials.
Your key accountabilities- Respond to customer enquiries and liaise with sales staff on pricing, products, and solutions
- Enter and manage sales orders, delivery schedules, and backorder reporting
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing
- Support the sales team with customer service and maintain CRM data including quotes, opportunities, and project updates
- Assist the BDM team by producing tailored marketing collateral for presentations
- Contribute to the efficacy and advancement of our QMS/EMS by upholding and promoting our quality and environmental policies in all job functions
- Additional duties as required from time to time as per business requirements

- Proven customer service experience with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Quick learner with the ability to develop product knowledge and support quoting and order management
- Skilled in using CRM systems and handling phone-based interactions
- Experience in the electrical or construction industry is a plus
