It has grown to include a cleaning arm with the same standards of excellence, with housekeeping services planned and other innovative ideas to be explored to broaden its professional offering to the communities it serves.
The laundry business actively advocates training, supporting, valuing and growing people, including those with an intellectual disability, to provide meaningful employment.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Manager of Client Services, you'll work with the COO and alongside Operations Managers to bring the separate Cleaning and Laundry clients together into one focused business. You'll:
- Strengthen existing partnerships and create new relationships
- Lead business development initiatives
- Enhance logistics, nurture change and shape the evolving culture
- Introduce contemporary thinking across the business while aligning with the organisation's history, traditions and beliefs
- Manage external and internal relationships and oversee logistics in various forms
- Lead with active listening, diplomacy, respect, integrity and care
This is a relationship-driven, solutions-focused, values-led role that goes beyond a standard BD position. Experience in NFP, social enterprise, purpose-driven business models, and familiarity with service delivery logistics in the laundry or cleaning industry will be valuable.
Qualifications- Experience in NFP, social enterprise, or purpose-driven business models
- Understanding of inclusive employment, social enterprise and/or NDIS supported workplaces
- Strong communications, leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools (e.g., Linenweb, Lighthouse, ZOHO) and related technology
- Knowledge of or exposure to AI tools, project management, and financial modelling
- Experience in commercial laundry or cleaning environments and related service delivery logistics
