We are looking for candidates who want to make a difference and contribute to a strong broker channel strategy.

What you get to do
  • Sales Performance – responsible for application results across the LMG + Mortgage Choice products.
  • Be the "go to person" for your brokers and build/maintain outstanding broker relationships.
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of broker scenarios and submitted applications, continually striving for a strong broker and customer experience.
  • Seek out new broker relationships and nurture them until they become vocal advocates for Athena; deliver engaging presentations and coaching.
  • Run interactive broker onboarding sessions to provide in-depth knowledge of Athena, products, processes and target customers.
  • Engage effectively over phone, SMS, email and Zoom; travel for broker visits, events and days as needed.
  • Manage relationships with aggregators, partnership managers and state leaders.
  • Contribute to internal discussions on opportunities and ways to improve—policy and platform feedback to ensure market-leading outcomes.
Who we are looking for

You are based in NSW and have the following attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar BDM role managing broker networks and individual brokers.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with brokers, credit teams and clients.
  • Focus on sales and conversion; exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and focused on continuous development.
  • Critical thinker and confident in decision making.
