• Passionate Helpers: Genuine interest in supporting older adults.
• Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent or we will accept no qualifications too
• Must-Haves: Valid driver's license, reliable car, basic tech skills. Working with Vulnerable People and First Aid/CPR certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain.

• Hourly Rate: 33.81 AUD (qualified) hourly rate or 32.74 AUD (unqualified) hourly rate + 11.5% superannuation.
• Training & Support: 2-week paid induction and training program.
• Additional Allowances: 0.99 AUD/km travel, paid travel time between services and daily mobile allowance.
