Tasman Support Solutions is a brand-new NDIS provider launching in Hobart, and we're looking for passionate and adaptable Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team from the ground up.

As a support worker, you'll play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to participants. While shifts aren't guaranteed initially, we're building a strong pool of casual staff with diverse skills and life experience so we're ready to hit the ground running as soon as we onboard participants.

What you'll do:

  • Provide personalised support in daily living, personal care, and community access.
  • Use your unique talents — whether it's cooking, crafting, music, or health and wellbeing — to enrich participant experiences.
  • Contribute to building a supportive and inclusive team culture.
  • Maintain accurate shift notes and use smartphone apps for documentation.
  • Work flexibly and adaptably as the service grows.

Minimum requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to take accurate shift notes and use smartphone apps.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant experience (preferred, not essential).
