What is it like to be a support worker with integratedliving?

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and medication assistance to clients as part of daily routines.
  • Deliver domestic assistance activities: bed making, vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cooking, and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.
  • Support clients with mobility and safety tasks, including showering, dressing, and ensuring a safe bathroom environment.
  • Assist with shopping, errands, and meal planning; accompany clients on outings when needed.
  • Record notes in the system after each visit; use mobile apps to maintain a clear, up-to-date log of activities and tasks.
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt to changes in client schedules and assignments.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
  • Qualifying as a Support Worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent.
  • Must-Haves: Driver's license, reliable car, comprehensive insurance, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
  • Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
