We're looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a Supervisor. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of one of our electrical wholesale businesses, maintaining showroom standards, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee staff to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate administrative functions and adhere to policies
  • Assist with stock management and handle special customer requests
  • Secure the warehouse and manage inventory levels effectively
  • Support the Manager in various administrative and reporting tasks

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in organising and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Leadership and staff supervision experience
  • Knowledge of product offerings and company procedures
